Proaxis Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Proaxis platform and related services, including alerts, notifications, and any features offered via the corresponding domain or application. By using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing, registering, or using Proaxis services you expressly, freely, and knowingly accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

   Proaxis provides marketing and communication tools, alert delivery (SMS, email, phone), and related administrative features to help manage client outreach and appointments. Services may integrate data from third-party sources where you provide authorization.

   You expressly authorize Proaxis to collect publicly available information and any data you voluntarily provide to enable these services.

3. Account Registration and Security

   • Provide truthful and accurate information when registering.
   • Maintain confidentiality of your credentials and do not share them.
   • Notify Proaxis immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

   You agree not to use Proaxis for:

   • Illegal activities or actions contrary to applicable law.
   • Accessing or attempting to access other users' data without authorization.
   • Interfering with the technical operation of the service.
   • Sending spam or otherwise abusing messaging capabilities.

5. Personal Data Processing

   In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombia) and related regulations, Proaxis collects and processes personal data (including phone numbers and email addresses) to provide alerting and communication services.

   We process only the data necessary to deliver the service and for compliance. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide the service or when you have expressly authorized such sharing. You may exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, or revoke consent by contacting us (see Contact).

6. Intellectual Property

   All content on Proaxis (text, logos, software, graphics) is the property of Proaxis or its licensors. Reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

   Proaxis does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proaxis is not liable for:

   • Loss of data;
   • Service interruptions caused by third parties;
   • Misuse of collected public information.

   Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Modifications

   We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised last updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from them will be resolved by the competent courts of Colombia, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
